We are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians to work with students aged 3-21 who are affected by autism or other developmental delays, supporting their success in classroom settings in Maple Valley, Washington.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will deliver high-quality behavioral services to autistic and/or developmentally delayed students aged 3-21 in their school settings, following their Individual Education Plan (IEP). You will engage and support these students in achieving their behavioral goals, adhering to the program and instructional guidelines set by your BCBA supervisor. Using data collection software, you will monitor progress toward daily goals and reward students for their positive efforts.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- An active or recently expired Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification, verified on the Washington State Department of Health website
- Demonstrated interest and experience in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities as a Certified Behavior Technician
- Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
- A high school diploma (or equivalent); a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
