Patient Care Coordinator
Serve as the doctors clinical assistantplaying a hands-on role in patient care, guiding patients through every step of their treatment, and ensuring smooth coordination behind the scenes.

What Youll Do:
* Assist providers during in-office procedures and clinical visits
* Coordinate appointments, insurance, and follow-ups
* Track patient progress and ensure timely care throughout the treatment plan
* Manage and update EMRs with accuracy and attention to detail
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
* Deliver a concierge-level experience through proactive planning and professionalism

What Were Looking For:
* Clinical or medical office experience with hands-on patient care
* Strong multitasker with excellent memory and attention to detail
* EMR-proficient, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
* A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in a team environment
* Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)

Compensation: In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table for the NY/NJ/CT/PA region. Compensation will be determined based on experience and education.
