Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct regular intake assessments for new clients to determine appropriate services.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis to track client progress effectively.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices related to behavioral health.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and record-keeping standards.
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and provide patient care in a compassionate manner.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
