Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the service team calendar.
- Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians using Sage Field Operations.
- Maintain accurate records and transcribe information as needed.
- Assist with service billing and invoicing using Sage Field Operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client inquiries or concerns.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the service management team, handling administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred
- Experience with HVAC service, Plumbing service or construction receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong desire to grow, learn new skills and move up in the company.
