Description
Springfield College invites applications for adjuncts with expertise in Psychology to support the Psychology Department. The Psychology Department, housed in the School of Arts and Sciences, is a vibrant department that includes a large undergraduate major, a master's level program in Athletic Counseling, and a Counseling Psychology, Psy.D. program.
Compensation for adjunct faculty with fewer than 3 years college teaching experience is $2820 for a 3-credit course.
Compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a 3-credit course.
Responsibilities
The Psychology Department is looking for individuals to help support the instruction of courses in the Undergraduate program, Athletic Counseling master’s program, and Counseling Psychology Doctoral program. Specific courses include: Fieldwork supervision (applicant must be an approved CMPC supervisor), Social Psychology, Research Methods, History and Systems and/or Psychology of Diversity.
Qualifications
At minimum, applicants must have master’s degree in a Psychology-related field to quality for the position.
