Becoming Transformed is a thriving christian owned practice in the west valley. We're looking for licensed clinical therapists to work in person in our Peoria and Surprise locations. We prefer to bring on LPC's and LMFT's or LCSW, to provide counseling services.

If you love providing counseling services and don't want to deal with the headache of billing, scheduling, and administrative work, you are a perfect fit for Becoming Transformed.

We want to foster a warm and inviting environment. As an independent contractor, you will set your own hours, demographics seen, and can choose to work at either or both of our locations. Your key responsibility here will be to see patients for 1 to 1, couples, and family therapy. You will also need to complete all notes and corresponding documentation for billing purposes. We prefer providers that will work with children.

Pay range is contingent upon experience & specialties.
