We're Hiring a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant (Bilingual in Spanish), Patient Care Coordinator.

We're hiring a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant who is:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing the patient care experience
  • Coordinating the flow of the office like an orchestra conductor
  • Assisting with therapies and patient education
  • Handling scheduling, progress evaluations, taking x-rays, performing exams, and charting
  • Engaging in marketing events, community outreach, and workshops
  • Supporting clinical and operational excellence — from “Ritz Carlton” care to deep backend efficiency
  • Managing and tracking patient outcomes and internal KPIs

You will be trained. But you must bring coachability, initiative, and urgency.

Skills & Traits Required

  • Spanish/English bilingual fluency
  • Fluent with technology and systems (Office, Google Suite, etc.)
  • HIGH ENERGY with excellent time management
  • Fierce attention to detail
  • Willingness to Train and Learn
  • Natural communicator — warm, assertive, and professional
  • Can jump from assisting with therapies to performing exams without losing presence and attention to detail

Hours

  • Mon: 7:00am–11:00am, 1:30pm–7:30pm
  • Tues: 12:00pm–7:30pm
  • Wed: 7:00am–11:30am, 1:00pm–7:30pm
  • Thurs: 7:00am–12:30pm, 1:30pm–7:30pm
  • Fri: As needed, scheduled in advance, but not often
  • Sat: Community events and workshops as needed
