This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Sylvania, GA. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for entering services orders including parts ordering, coordinating service schedules for technicians, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between clients and service technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Experience in compressed air maintenance a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES and required skills include but are not limited to the following:

• Service Coordination for service calls
• Creating work orders in ERP system (P21 experience is a plus)
• Ordering parts for service when necessary
• Take ownership of service coordination
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Interact with internal and external customers
• Requires strong computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook,
• Requires strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sylvania, GA
• Previous experience in industrial equipment or a similar industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
