Job Title: Community Program Coordinator Assistant – Make a Difference in Your Community!

We’re looking for a highly organized, compassionate Community Program Coordinator Assistant to help oversee and grow our community-based programs. In this role, you’ll connect families with resources, coordinate services, keep our programs running smoothly, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate referrals, assessments, and service plans
- Write reports and ISP's
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and compliance reports
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training staff
- Communicate with families, caseworkers, and partner agencies
- Help organize community events and staff appreciation activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Experience in program coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in Excel and data tracking
- Knowledge of Title 17 regulations a plus
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
