Now Hiring: Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMHC-A)

About the Role:

The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients dealing with addiction and/or mental health challenges. Our approach is empathetic, motivational, and collaborative, encouraging clients to take responsibility for their healing. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, ethical care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and recovery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
  • Coordinate care and referrals as needed


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Active Massachusetts license (LCSW, LMHCA)
  • 1+ years of post-grad clinical experience (2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
  • Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery

Schedule:

  • Part-time; approximately 20 hours/week


Work Location: In person

Pay: From $30.00 per hour dependent on experience
