Job Overview
About Us
The Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center leads the Justice for Girls Reform Movement by preventing girls initial or deeper involvement in the justice system. We serve girls who are often failed by the system: girls of color, girls in foster care, survivors of human trafficking, and girls from under-resourced communities. We tackle the root causes of justice system involvement by changing the policies and practices that unfairly trap girls in destructive cycles of justice system involvement, generational trauma, and poverty.
