Home Care Community Liaison
Job Description
The Home Care Community Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other referral sources to promote the services of the home care agency. This individual will work to increase awareness of the agency's offerings and drive referrals to the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to target key community organizations and healthcare providers
- Attend networking events, conferences, and other community events to promote the agency's services
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate new business opportunities
- Educate referral sources on the benefits and services offered by the home care agency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Track and report on outreach activities and referral sources
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach in home care, home health, hospice or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and home care services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
