PriorityWorkforce is looking for a Service Coordinator!
Job duties:
- Source, screen, and interview job candidates for various positions
- Match qualified candidates to job openings based on client needs
- Post job ads on job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Review resumes and job applications
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand job requirements
- Help with onboarding tasks like background checks and paperwork
- Build strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Meet hiring goals and deadlines set by the agency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruiting and staffing
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and interviewing candidates
- Good organization and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Able to work rotation schedule
7am-4pm
8am-5pm
and
9am-6pm
