PriorityWorkforce is looking for a Service Coordinator!

Job duties:

  • Source, screen, and interview job candidates for various positions
  • Match qualified candidates to job openings based on client needs
  • Post job ads on job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Review resumes and job applications
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand job requirements
  • Help with onboarding tasks like background checks and paperwork
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
  • Meet hiring goals and deadlines set by the agency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable making phone calls and interviewing candidates
  • Good organization and time management abilities
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Able to work rotation schedule

7am-4pm

8am-5pm

and

9am-6pm
