Position: Intake Coordinator
Location: Remote – must reside in the state of Louisiana

As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating admission of patients into services, summarizing and keeping records of admissions, call backs, performance improvement projects, maintaining patients records on the computer, among other clerical tasks. You will also be assisting with the scheduling of patient appointments.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with insurance verification, eligibility checks, and prior authorization processes
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably in primary care
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
