About Job

West End Family Counseling Services has an opening for a full-time therapist (bilingual preferred). This position has the opportunity to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in clinic and community settings. Join a multi-disciplinary team providing clinical counseling to consumers in West San Bernardino County. Will be providing individual/family/group therapy, rehab ADL counseling/skill building, case management services. Work in a challenging, supportive, and rewarding environment. Job Functions:


  • Provides mental health assessments for clients to determine the need for mental health treatment. Develops treatment plans and identifies goals based on information gathered during the assessment.
  • Experience counseling adults and families in mental health or community settings. (provides individual, family, and group counseling)
  • All required documentation is completed within Agency timelines for each assigned case and is in accordance with Medi-Cal standards.
  • Completes other assigned program task as needed.


Requirements:


  • Completed Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. OPTIONS: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, APCC and must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
