Organization Overview: Lotus is Kentucky’s designated Children’s Advocacy and Sexual Violence Resource Center for the Purchase Region. Lotus’s mission is to support victims-survivors, strengthen families, and empower communities. Committed to ending child abuse and sexual violence, Lotus works to cultivate safe, equitable, just communities where all persons thrive.

Overview: We are seeking a full time Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service, administrative, and operational support.

Responsibilities:
Present a professional and welcoming first contact to all clients, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Serve as Safety Officer to maintain the safety and security of the facilities.

Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries regarding services. Clearly explain available services, offer support, and provide referrals as appropriate. Evaluate clients' service needs and connect them with the most suitable providers.

Collaborate with program directors and service providers to coordinate client services. Coordinate accessibility needs for clients, including transportation, language services, and onsite childcare.

Collaborate with program directors and service providers to address program and operational needs.

Identify and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client experience.

Coordinate ordering and managing of program, office, and household supplies.

Manage operational task list and facilities maintenance schedule.

Coordinate and effectively communicate with vendors to ensure efficient, timely, and quality services and products. Maintain the vendor database and oversee compliance of HIPAA agreements.

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Credential

Prior Qualifications, Experience, and Special Skills
-2 Years of relevant customer service and office management experience
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
-Proficiency in computer applications
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to simultaneously handle various tasks efficiently
-Ability to engage with diverse populations
-Efficient organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work autonomously with clear direction and limited supervision
