About Job

Make a Bigger Impact—Without the Burnout

At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), we’re redefining what ABA therapy should look like—for children, families, and the clinicians who care for them. Rooted in compassion and clinical excellence, we’re building a community where BCBAs are supported, respected, and empowered to do their best work.

Our Fayetteville clinic is growing—and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who’s ready to thrive in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

Why Join Us?

  • No Tricare clients — we don’t accept Tricare insurance so you can focus on what matters most
  • Low caseloads to protect your clinical quality and your well-being
  • On-site leadership support from professionals who understand the work you do
  • Clinic-based model with optional hybrid flexibility to fit your lifestyle
  • Growth-focused environment with mentorship and leadership opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Create and oversee customized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and interns
  • Offer caregiver training and ongoing support
  • Monitor progress through meaningful data collection and analysis
  • Lead team meetings and encourage open communication
  • Conduct assessments and ensure timely documentation
  • Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and uphold high clinical standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Passion for collaborative, strengths-based care
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus up to 20% annually
  • Low caseload expectations
  • Flexible scheduling & hybrid options available
  • Paid time off + paid holidays
  • Ongoing mentorship and leadership development
  • Supportive, inclusive team culture
