Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor, social worker or psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and mental health counseling, with experience in providing patient care and assessment. This role requires a commitment to supporting individuals and families through various challenges, utilizing therapeutic techniques and case management skills to promote well-being. Must be willing to work with children, adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform intake assessments for new clients, gathering relevant information for effective case management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Engage in diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health issues and recommend interventions.

Qualifications

• LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, PSYD,PHD
• Experience in behavioral health settings, with knowledge of applied behavior analysis and clinical counseling techniques.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles, including intake processes, case management, and individual/group counseling strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document medical records accurately.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in social work practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
