In-Service Coordinator - Nursing Home

Located in Woodmere, NY

Salary Range: $90K to $110K Per Year **based on experience**

Job Description:

• Formulates, implements and evaluates policies and procedures for the facility wide in-service programs.

• Staff development, providing orientation to all new staff members.

• Conduct annual mandatory in-servicing.

Qualifications:

• Must have a New York RN license

• Must have LTC experience and thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations governing the nursing home industry.

• Must have experience working as an In-Service Coordinator.

• Experience in staff education or leadership roles.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
