Progressive Therapy of New Jersey (PTNJ) is seeking experienced and passionate Behavior Technicians to join our school-based ABA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with disabilities while growing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in ABA working with children with disabilities

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students in school settings

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data accurately

• Support teachers and staff in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and support teams to ensure student success

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA with children with emotional, developmental, or intellectual disabilities

• Familiarity with implementing behavior strategies and data collection

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work on-site during school hours (no evenings or weekends)

Preferred but not required:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Experience in school settings
