A full-time School Psychologist position is available in the Anaheim, CA area for the 2023-2024 school year, providing essential support to students in elementary grades (K-5). This role involves working within a school environment on an itinerant basis across the district to support a diverse caseload of young learners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations using tools such as WISC, WJ, and RIOS.
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with certified staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans.
- Observe student behavior to inform strategies and supports.
- Provide direct services to students within K-5 educational settings.
Qualifications :
- Must hold an active California Certification as a School Psychologist.
- Masters degree in School Psychology required.
- Possession of the PPS credential is mandatory.
- Candidates who are new graduates or holders of out-of-state certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite.
Location : Anaheim, California (School-based settings across the district).
