Job Category: Social ServicesJob Description:The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
Upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
2 years of Post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
