Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Correctional Facility - Delano, CA & Wasco, CA
Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (Contract)
Pay Rate: $81/hr

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health services in a multidisciplinary setting. This role involves conducting assessments, providing therapy, developing treatment plans, and supporting patients through transitions of care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments, suicide risk evaluations, and crisis interventions
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy
• Create and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
• Assist with benefits applications and community program referrals

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted California LCSW license
• At least 12 months relevant experience within the last 3 years (excluding internships)
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Able to work in diverse environments and meet all documentation/confidentiality standards
