- Collaborate with policy and program teams to ensure clean energy programs benefit disadvantaged communities.
- Develop strategies and communicate recommendations for executive review.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating respect and inclusive behavior.
- Translate technical information for diverse audiences including industry stakeholders and the general public.
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in Indigenous community engagement and clean energy policy or comparable work experience.
- Knowledge of and experience conducting community engagements with historically marginalized communities.
- Experience in clean energy, energy efficiency, urban planning, or climate action planning.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems using available resources.
