SOS Personnel is seeking a Licensed School Psychologist to provide part-time psychological therapy services at Lake Valley Navajo School for the 2025–2026 school year.✅ Key Details:
  • Schedule: 1 day per week onsite (4 hours) + 1 hour remote (report writing)
  • Duration: August 15, 2025 – August 14, 2026 (includes summer session/ESY)
  • Hours: 5 hours/week, ~50 weeks
  • Location: North Hwy 371, County Rd 7750, Crownpoint, NM 87313
  • Travel stipend or reimbursement provided
???? Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students with IEPs and those needing psychological support
  • Conduct initial and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
  • Consult with educators on interventions and learning strategies
  • Document services, progress reports, and evaluations in compliance with IDEA, FERPA, and BIE guidelines
  • Maintain accurate daily service logs
???? Qualifications:
  • Active New Mexico School Psychologist License (Required)
  • National Certification (NCSP or similar) preferred
  • Experience working with SPED students and IEP implementation
  • Must pass a federal background check (Indian Child Protection Act compliance)
  • Prior experience in school-based or tribal education settings a plus
