$20–$27/hr based on experience and credentials.

What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 with clients in their home, school, or community setting.
  • Implement individualized ABA programs designed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record session data using easy-to-use technology.
  • Collaborate with your BCBA and receive regular supervision.
  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (weekdays).
  • Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their potential.

Preferred:

  • RBT credential or 6+ months ABA experience.
  • Bilingual skills.

Pay & Benefits

  • $20–$27/hr based on experience and credentials.
