Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team as an independent contractor. This role involves supervising RBTs, developing treatment plans, conducting parent training, and collaborating with families and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team as an independent contractor. This role involves supervising RBTs, developing treatment plans, conducting parent training, and collaborating with families and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs (per BACB requirements)
  • Lead and document parent/caregiver training sessions
  • Oversee data collection, review progress, and adjust programming as needed
  • Collaborate with schools, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethics code, and insurance requirements
  • Participate in regular company check-ins and team events (some virtual, some in-person)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (BACB)
  • At least 1 year of BCBA experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in-home, in-school, community, and virtual settings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and TB test
