Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed and dedicated School Psychologist to join a forward-thinking school district in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the 20252026 school year. This full-time contract position provides an excellent opportunity to support students academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Position Overview:

• Job Title: School Psychologist

• Location: Virginia Beach, VA

• Employment Type: Full-time (contract through ProCare Therapy)

• Start Date: August 2025

• Grade Levels: K12 (caseload tailored to district needs)

• Schedule: MondayFriday, school hours

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations

• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determination

• Provide counseling and consultation to students and staff

• Assist with behavior intervention and crisis support plans

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology

• Valid Virginia School Psychologist License

• Experience working in schools preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
