A full-time Social Worker position is available within an elementary school setting in Crystal Lake, IL. This contract role spans the current school year and requires an in-person commitment to support the social and emotional needs of students.

Key Qualifications:

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with Social Worker endorsement required
• Experience managing an elementary school caseload
• Strong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and student advocacy
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and community resources
• Commitment to in-person work to provide direct student support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct social-emotional assessments and develop intervention plans for elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and support academic success
• Provide individual and group counseling focused on social skills, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics
• Link students and families to community services and resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and confidentiality standards
