A middle school in North Tonawanda, NY is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support the social and emotional needs of students. This contract position will provide critical services during the school year, working directly with students, families, and school staff to promote well-being and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral issues affecting students
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
