- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement behavioral strategies and provide training.
- Support IEP development by setting measurable behavioral goals and participating in meetings.
- Provide crisis intervention and promote positive behavioral supports.
- Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations through accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents with special needs.
Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations.
