Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Hybrid)

Overview:
Seeking mission-driven BCBAs to join our collaborative team. Work with a smaller caseload (8–10 clients) in a supportive clinic setting alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing direct and indirect supervision.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Train and support families in ABA strategies.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification and NC licensure (or eligibility).
- Experience with pediatric autism care preferred; new grads welcome (mentorship program available).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hybrid role: in-clinic + remote work.
- Clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible scheduling; 1–2 closing shifts/week).
- Salary: $78,000–$100,000 + relocation assistance & new-hire bonus.
