A K-12 school in San Francisco, CA is seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contract position lasting the full school year (NSY). This role is ideal for professionals committed to supporting students' academic and emotional well-being through assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide programs promoting positive mental health
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
