Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


This opportunity seeks a qualified School Psychologist to support an early childhood school serving Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade students. The position is a contract role spanning the 2025-2026 school year, with flexible scheduling options of 3 to 5 days per week.

Location: San Rafael, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide school psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and consultation for TK-5 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support student mental health and academic success.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to intervention planning.
  • Utilize professional judgment to address behavioral and social-emotional needs within the early childhood educational setting.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a PPS School Psychology credential or license.
  • Experience working with early childhood age groups (TK-5 preferred).
  • Ability to manage flexible weekly schedules from 3 to 5 days.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations in a school environment.

  • Prior fingerprint clearance and signed contract required prior to start.
