We offer ABA therapy to children aged 2 to 6 years old, both in-clinic and in-home, based on each child's unique needs. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Philadelphia, PA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing personalized ABA therapy plans, providing direct therapy, and training parents and caregivers. Daily tasks include analyzing data to monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a team of therapists and families to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Psychology
- Behavior Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and families
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism is a plus
