We are an OHP contracted provider with CareOregon and Trillium. If you have to close your practice or have to change jobs due to changes with CareOregon, we will gladly welcome you on our team. You can also bring your clients with you. Bonus Pay if you bring your OHP clients with you!

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. The clinical therapist will provide relationship counseling and mental health services in-person and via telehealth.

This position is culturally specific and Bilingual in Spanish primarily serving clients who identify Hispanic/Latino. The mental health therapist must be fluent in Spanish. Eligibility requirement criteria must be met to receive the differential bilingual pay.
In this position, you must be willing to work in a diverse setting with a diverse population of different cultural, faith, and social economic background. Individual in this position will serve clientele who may identify as LGBTQ+, minorities/BIPOC, immigrants, or specifically as African American/Black, Latino, Asian, Mixed-race/multi-ethnic individuals or families, or individuals and families of different faiths such as those Christian, Muslim, or spiritual.

This is a hybrid position offering in-person services at our Portland, Oregon location, along with flexible scheduling options. All clinicians will start as part-time employees, with opportunities to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions and addressing psychological and relational issues.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of services provided, in compliance with third-party payer requirements.
  • Candidates must be willing to work with Medicaid (OHP) and other commercial insurance clientele.

Position Overview:
  • The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling and mental health services in marital and family contexts.
  • Responsibilities include offering individual therapy, couples' therapy, family therapy, and/or group therapy.
  • The therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health and psychological issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records is essential for compliance with third-party payers.
  • Services may be provided in-person or via telehealth.
  • Additional duties include coordination of care and case management in the form of linkage to community resources.
  • The client population served is primarily insurance-based (OHP and Commercial).
  • All Clinical Positions are W-2 employee-employer structure and are at-will.
  • You set your own schedule and determine how many hours you want to work.
  • Paperwork is minimal.
  • We pay for Clinical Team Support meetings, no-shows, and administrative time.
  • You determine how much money you want to make.
  • We require a minimum of 16 billable direct service hours per week.

Potential Annual Compensation, with an hourly rate of $47 per hour, with the following options:
  • Part-time seeing 16 clients per week = $50,509-$52,659/Year.
  • Part-time seeing 20 clients per week = $60,693-$63,275/Year.
  • Part-time seeing 24 clients per week = $70,876-$73892/Year.
  • Full-time seeing 28 clients per week = $85,947-$89,695/Year.
  • Full-time seeing 32 clients per week = $96,131-$100,221/Year.
