Position Title:
School Psychologist (20252026 School Year)
Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Schedule: Full-Time (2 Days at One School Site, 3 Days at Another)
Start Date: August 2025

Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a committed and student-centered School Psychologist for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time position will be split between two school sites, with the psychologist working two days per week at one location and three days per week at another, supporting students academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to determine eligibility for special education services

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions

  • Support the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide short-term individual and group counseling, as well as behavioral support services

  • Participate in problem-solving teams, SST/MTSS meetings, and IEP processes

  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive school environment

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology

  • Strong understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and MTSS practices

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Experience with diverse student populations preferred

Schedule & Sites:

  • 2 days/week at one school site in Bloomingdale, IL

  • 3 days/week at a second school site within the district
    (Specific sites and days to be finalized with the selected candidate.)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive weekly pay: $45$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
