Position: Staff Psychotherapist - LCSW or LMFT - Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Through compassionate care and transformative therapy techniques, we aim to ignite a powerful wave of empowerment, connection, and freedom that reaches far beyond the individual, touching entire communities and generations to come. Please know that since we are a growing startup, you won't immediately have a full caseload, although we are growing fast.


Workplace Type:

  • Tele-therapy
  • 80% Remote & 20% Optional In-person (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Encino, West LA)


Compensation:

$70 - $150 hourly (although you are welcome to use a sliding scale down to a minimum amount)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients using trauma-informed, client-centered approaches.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of clinical sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any required reports, within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with clients to schedule appointments, manage payments, and address clinical needs effectively.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings to support professional growth and case consultation.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring alignment with ethical and professional standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills, particularly in serving diverse communities.
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and open-mindedness when working with clients from varied backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and ensure the confidentiality of client information.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credentials registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in the state of California
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
  • Dedication to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrant, and other marginalized communities
  • Openness to learning about and integrating cultural and community-specific perspectives into clinical work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
