Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (No Weekends or On-Call Work Required)
Key Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing, leading, and implementing individualized behavior programs while mentoring a team of RBTs. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing, leading, and implementing individualized behavior programs while mentoring a team of RBTs. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Developing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (ST/OT/PT/Psych)
- Monitoring client data and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensure: Active North Carolina Licensure
- Preferred: Experience working with pediatric clients (ages 2-17) in clinic settings
