Job Type: Full-Time (In-Clinic with Optional Remote Hybrid Components)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (No Weekends or On-Call Work Required)

Key Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing, leading, and implementing individualized behavior programs while mentoring a team of RBTs. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Developing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (ST/OT/PT/Psych)
• Monitoring client data and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  
  

Job Requirement

• Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensure: Active North Carolina Licensure
• Preferred: Experience working with pediatric clients (ages 2-17) in clinic settings
• Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
