Role Description

This is a W-2 hybrid role for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) at Wholistic Perspective. The role involves providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, and conducting client assessments. The counselor will be responsible for maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and participating in professional development activities. The position requires adherence to ethical standards and professional regulations. $58k-65k dependent on level of experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) credentials
• Experience in individual and group counseling
• Skills in developing treatment plans and conducting client assessments
• Ability to maintain detailed client records and ensure confidentiality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with other healthcare providers
• Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical standards
• Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in holistic or integrative therapeutic approaches is a plus
