About Job

Job Summary

Silver Palm Health is hiring a Lead Neuropsychologist to join our embedded care team at a leading inpatient medical rehabilitation facility in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for a neuropsychologist who wants hands-on medical experience, peer support, and a clear path to leadership.

You’ll be embedded within a collaborative interdisciplinary team and supported by seasoned clinicians who prioritize evidence-based care, learning, and long-term development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct neuropsychological assessments, cognitive evaluations, and brief interventions
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions for adults
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and collaborate on treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support high-quality, billable care
  • Receive weekly supervision and ongoing clinical coaching from experienced psychologists

Qualifications

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology with training in Neuropsychology
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Florida
  • Strong interest in inpatient rehab, stroke recovery, TBI, and medically complex patients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate across disciplines
  • Eagerness to grow clinically and professionally in a high-performance environment
