Now Hiring: BCaBA – Alexandria Location
Are you a passionate BCaBA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Join our dedicated team at our Alexandria clinic, where compassion meets clinical excellence.
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who is licensed or license-eligible through the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the BCBA in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Deliver direct behavior analytic services, including plan implementation, data collection, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized treatment plans.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff in behavior plan implementation.
- Analyze client data to assess treatment effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including session notes, treatment summaries, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- BCaBA certification (required).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in behavioral assessment tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic processes.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based ABA practices and behavioral health principles.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,117.74 - $50,335.34 per year
