About Job

Join Our Founding Team as a Lead BCBA -$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!!
Bright Life ABA is launching in South Bend and we’re seeking compassionate, entrepreneurial BCBAs to help us build our practice from the ground up. You’ll blend hands-on clinical work with program development and caregiver training—perfect for someone who loves both direct service and leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver individualized ABA services in clients’ homes and virtually, conducting assessments, crafting behavior plans, and tracking progress
  • Partner with families to set meaningful goals and coach caregivers on implementing interventions
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
  • Shape clinical protocols, documentation standards, and training materials as one of our first team members
  • Analyze data and refine treatment strategies to maximize client outcomes

Who You Are

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience (BCBAs new to the field who supervised as RBTs are encouraged to apply)
  • Skilled in functional assessments, goal development, progress monitoring, and caregiver training
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and works well both independently and with a tight-knit team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel to in-home sessions
  • Physically able to engage with clients (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, moving quickly over short distances, sitting or kneeling on the floor)

What We Offer

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus upon completion of agreed upon clinical hours
  • Competitive Compensation: part-time with clear path to full-time salary ($80,000–$110,000 FTE)
  • Flexible Scheduling: Create a caseload and schedule that fits your life
  • Benefits (Full-Time): Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with match, 3 weeks PTO, CEU stipend, and loan support options
  • Professional Growth: Ongoing training, mentorship from industry experts, and the chance to lead key initiatives
