Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Erving, Massachusetts (in-person support)

About Us: At Sprout MBC, we specialize in providing comprehensive ABA services in clinic, school, and home settings. Our practice focuses on utilizing PEAK, Skills Based Treatment, and a compassionate approach to treating problem behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families and other professionals

Requirements:

• BCBA certification
• Ideally licensed in Massachusetts
• Experience with PEAK and Skills Based Treatment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $99,719.28 per year
