Whether you’re new to ABA or a seasoned RBT, we’ll meet you where you are—and help you achieve what’s next.The Opportunity: Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)We’re hiring passionate individuals to join our mission in Central Ohio (New Albany, Gahanna, Dublin, Lewis Center, Powell, Delaware, and Cardington). As a Behavior Technician, you’ll:

• Deliver life-changing, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Collect data to track progress and shape personalized treatment plans.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, aligned with BACB guidelines and our core values.

• Experience in psychology, education, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or related fields.
• Current RBTs seeking stronger support, mentorship, or career growth.
• Newcomers to ABA who are eager to launch a meaningful, mission-driven career.

Minimum Requirements

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Physical capability to lift 20 pounds and engage in active, play-based therapy.
