The Exciting Details:
Our BCBAs provide behavior analytic services, including treatment planning, supervision, and parent training to their caseload on a weekly basis. No direct hours involved!
Opportunity to manage a caseload of clients varying in ages and profiles, with clinical support to expand scope of practice
Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services and inspire them to grow within in our field
Design individualized ABA programs to address clients’ unique needs and goals and maintain timely, accurate updates to treatment plans that meet both clinical and payer standards
Embrace different cultural norms to foster teamwork, understanding, and productivity in multicultural settings.
Conduct ongoing assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS) and data analysis to optimize client outcomes
Contribute meaningfully to our clinical team and the field through continuing education
Qualifications:
BCBA certification (in good standing)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
