Join a local, women- and therapist-run company dedicated to making your school-based career more supported, sustainable, and fulfilling. Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for part-time in-person roles during the 2025–2026 school year in Illinois.

We’re looking for caring, experienced professionals ready to jump into a collaborative school setting with a flexible and values-driven team.

Position Details

  • Start Date: Fall 2025
  • Schedule: Part-Time
  • Hours: 7:20 AM – 2:50 PM
  • Location: In-person (school-based)
  • Service Area Includes:
  • Conducting student evaluations
  • 504 management
  • Medicaid billing
  • IEP report writing and participation in IEP meetings
  • Progress monitoring and reporting
  • Staff meeting participation
  • Maintaining timely documentation
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
  • Valid PEL license in Illinois
  • Eligible for or currently holding an Illinois School Psychologist endorsement
  • Strong evaluation, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience with 504 plans and Medicaid billing preferred
