Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical practices, effective communication skills, and the ability to develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Provide psychotherapy services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy.
- Facilitate addiction counseling sessions for clients struggling with substance use disorders.
- Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of client care and documentation.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, including pediatric populations when applicable.
- Stay current with developments in psychopharmacology to inform treatment decisions.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Board Approved Clinical Supervisor- Ability to train staff and supervise mandatory hours .
- Licensure as a Clinical Therapist or equivalent certification is essential.
- Experience in conducting psychotherapy and addiction counseling is preferred.
- Familiarity with coding for insurance purposes is a plus.
- Previous experience in clinical research or working with pediatric clients is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
