Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child welfare, crisis intervention, and behavioral health. Duties
- Provide counseling and support services to children and families facing various challenges
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to coordinate services effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in child protective services, social work, or related field
- Proficiency in crisis management and intervention techniques
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Knowledge of cultural diversity counseling practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Must have PEL License
- Must have Master degree in Social work.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
