Reynolds & Rubino Psychology Group, LLC is a thriving group private practice located in Fairfax, VA. We offer psychotherapy, medication management, and psychological testing. Our mission is to provide empirically-supported, ethical, and compassionate care to our patients. We specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and couples with a diverse spectrum of psychological and emotional challenges.

Currently, we are hiring a full-time (minimum average of 25 or more clinical hours per week) license-eligible child/adolescent clinician to join our team. We are an established group practice near the George Mason University Campus (Fairfax, VA) looking to hire an experienced counselor who enjoys working independently, has training in evidence-based treatments (i.e., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, MBCT), and has clinical experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns.

This position requires on-site days with after school availability

All candidates must license-eligible within two years to practice in Virginia. This is a W2 employee position.

We will provide:

Professional, bright, modernly furnished office space (including waiting room, WiFi) in a handicapped accessible building with ample parking space. We are conveniently located near Old Town Fairfax and George Mason University Campus.
Access to EHR for documenting progress notes, scheduling, and billing.
In house supervision hours for LPC
Group case consultations monthly and individually as needed/desired
Marketing on the practice website and Psychology Today. Steady referrals.
